HOLA!
I’M NICOLE.
I am the award-winning baker and founder of Cookie Crewe. I was born and raised in sunny Los Angeles, CA, and our name pays homage to one of the streets in LA that holds many memories for me. My grandma, who was born in Mexico, began teaching me how to bake when I was just seven years old, and it has become my true passion over the years. Each cookie on my menu is a celebration of my Mexican culture and features my own take on some of my favorite nostalgic sweet treats in cookie form.
Fun fact: I competed on a Hulu's first-ever baking competition show, "Baker's Dozen," and won against some of the best professional and home bakers in the country!
